Ormawa mencakup berbagai organisasi seperti Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) dan Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sedangkan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Universitas Islam 45 adalah wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan minat, bakat, dan keterampilan di bidang tertentu, seperti olahraga, seni, kewirausahaan, atau kepemimpinan. UKM bersifat lebih spesifik dalam aktivitasnya dan biasanya berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi tertentu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UKM dan Ormawa berperan penting dalam membentuk mahasiswa yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan sosial, kepemimpinan, dan karakter yang kuat.
